Anyone know if there are regulations that law enforcement have to follow?

Living in California for over 20 yrs and driving for almost 14 yrs, I ahve come to the conclusion that we really don't have many rights when it comes to normal drivers Vs. the "man". Someone on this board had a very good quote: "There is no justice in a system designed to generate REVENUE for the State"
Sometimes you just gotta bend over an grab your ankles. Fighting it in court just wastes more of your time away from work or friends/family.

I can drive any which way I choose.
If I want to slide around a corner in my rear wheel drive beast... I will.
If I want to do a donut in the intersection during rush hour... I will.
If I want to slap an officer in the face for writing me a citation for a loud exhaust.. I will.
I will also deal with the consequences of my actions.
I find it fascinating whenever someone says, "You don't have the 'right' to do that".
I have the "right" to choice.
I can "choose" to do whatever the **** I want...
There are rules and regulations in place however to try and sway me from doing what I choose and in committing an unlawful offense, I CHOOSE to deal with the consequences when I am caught.
Correct?

Hey Gleb no worries man, but yeah I don't believe people should be allowed to break laws because cops don't follow regulations. The statement is, the law should be enforced in an orderly and safe fashion I think. Sometimes they just remind me of confused deer on a mountain rd, just in the middle. In the way. Haha. I never have any issues like this on the coastside so.
