I wanted to get some help on recommendations on hiring/employment agencies in the Bay Area. I'm not sure who are the big ones, who are the good ones, and who are the bad ones. Whatever you guys have heard or experienced would be great. Google doesn't seem to help very much.

I wanted to crack into the marketing/advertising agency, preferably something entry-level since all I have is a degree without much advertising experience.

You might want to check out Robert Half International. They have offices all over the Bay Area. They seem to wear many different hats and have multiple subgroups. Accountemps and OfficeTeam are just two of the subgroups that I know about.

Their Accountemps Team (with an emphasis on team work) is currently doing a grand job of finding me employment - both short term and long term.
