Awww...They took it down already. I ordered one. $17 total shipped for a new unrealeased game.

 

If you guys are looking for another controller and can't find one, try reserving a copy of Wii play. It comes with a free remote.

 

Some douche ordered multiple copies and the deal got red flagged right after I placed my order. I am hoping they do not cancel it. On to the next bargain.

Since we're on the topic of Wii games, what do you guys think of NFS Carbon? I honestly don't know if I like it any better than NFSU 2 on the PS2.

 

The only game that's worth the purchase on the Wii so far is Zelda, IMO.

Any other titles seemed a bit rushed, and some of the 'next' games from franchises aren't any better than the ones already available (and cheaper) on the PS2.

We'll probably see better games (for all systems) this coming Summer.

 

I will unagree with you on that one.

Call of Duty 3, Excite Truck, and Madden 07 are all good games. Zelda just happens to be the best one so far... even with it's Game Cube-like graphics.

They're good games, but nothing spectacular. Nothing that any one with both systems would pack the PS2 away. Madden 07 doesn't offer anything much from Madden 06, and one can pick up a copy of 06 for much less.

I like my Wii, but I'm not putting away the PS2 anytime soon.

 

Well, we've got Red Steel, Call of Duty 3, Far Cry Vengeance already out, but they kind of suck.

No More Heroes looks like a Japanese stylized (and not in the kiddy fashion) GTA type game. Plus there are a few Horror games coming out too which I can't remember the name of. Project H.A.M.M.E.R., Sadness, Prince of Persia, Splinter Cell all look pretty cool and non-kiddy.

Nintendo actually got on the ball to try and get rid of that stigma of being a kid-only platform and is trying to encompass both kid games and more mature games.

 

Yea, I've still got my PS2 hooked up as well for SSX Trick, GT 4, ATV OffRoad Furry, and NSFSU.

Nintendo made a ballzy move keeping the graphics sort of "last gen" and relying almost 100% on the controllers and the low price. I'm happy with it, but then I got to my buddy's house and play Gears and I can't get over the enormous difference in graphics.

Hopefully the future releases for Wii will test the limits visually with the graphics and the content. They need to realize the Wii gave them a much older demographic than they're used to and should focus on keeping that group entertained with "big boy" games. I made an assumption that they would when I decided to buy one, hopefully I wasn't mistaken.

 

Have you guys tried Elebits yet? That ones pretty addicting, and I've heard good things about Rayman too
