Pantone 207C...which is close to RAL 3000. But that looks a little dark compared to the photos I've posted. That's why I want to see a set in-person.

Thanks though!

I've got a pantone swatch at home. I'll see what I come up with.

I personally think going a little dark is better than going a little light. I don't like the really pale pink. I like the newer darker pinks they have.

Yeah, see what you come up with at home. I have Pantone books here at work and at home. So let me know what you find out.

I ordered four powdercoat samples to hold next to the struts also. They should be here in a few days. My printed catalog is also pretty accurate for color matching powder so I can use those too.

Ray, if you aren't going to be in San Jose this weekend...any chance you can use your Pantone book with the struts and let me know what is closest? I want to order powder coat ASAP.

Thanks!

sure....

I came up with a color that's close to the pink. But my red is a bit darker.
I'll clean it up some tonight and bring it to the office with me tomorrow.

I can also bring you the strut wed night or give it to jeff wed night.

Do you work in Santa Cruz? I should be free on Weds. Whatever is best for you. I'm flexible. Thanks again!

Hey....it's been almost a year since we started this conversation. Can't believe how time is flying by!

Are you still interested in helping me out with the color? If you still have them and your Pantone swatch book, feel free to give me a close match.

Thanks!

Rob

Sure. Totally forgot.

They're on my car again but I'll just pop a wheel off and stick the book in there. Haaa.
