This things looks pretty hot...If it can fit into the double din space, it would be perfect with a deck that plays DVD... and fry's has it this weekend for only $699! Any feedbacks?

If I had $699 to blow on a stereo, I think I'd have a tough time passing that deal up...

 

not bad, but i don't think it will fit directly into the double din. says on the FAQ that you mount it on the windsheild via suction cups.

 

It seems as though the unit is NOT din based. However, there are "kits" available for more permanent mouting options. This page has a lot of good info...

Yeah its a "portable" unit, stick on windshield with suction cup, I was thinking of doing some custom mount...around the center dash...picked one up today at fry's although I'm still thinking about it...cuz I like having the easy GPS...was originally thinking of carpc, but then you gotta boot it everytime and gps wouldn't be nearly as easy to use...so yeah, if this supported divx, definitely a keeper...
