my job pays pretty well, but boy do I hate it when I get woken up at 1:30 am on Saturday to do emergency work (like happened this weekend).
I love my six figure job, and the best part is that I work from home 90+% of the time. Limited travel, great co-workers, even better job. I work for Cisco, as an assessment designer. I used to own the CCNP & CCDP programs, but have moved on, and now work on the design concept for most/all cert & specializations. And the best part is never getting a 1:30am wake up call to come in to fix something. I won't miss those days.
My group is not hiring... not atm. Do you have any networking experience? I'll ping you if anything comes up.

I love my job, it's not 6 figures though.
I used to earn 6 figures in my IT days and do not miss it at all.
Speaking of Cisco I designed a couple of the meeting and demo rooms off Tasman 3 years ago.

I just gave notice at my current job, and will be starting a new one Monday, making just shy of 6 figures (it probably is 6 if you include benefits).
I'll let you know, but so far its looking awesome.

Six figure jobs that people love.. do those exist??
I "made" six figures last year because I cashed out some company stock.. LOL.. bad idea. I'm paying for it now- f'ing taxes.
