you could probly find some spacers and drill them out, since its only 3-5 mm...the lugs would still stick out enough thread to tighten them up.
Alan Steel off 101 near PA find some aluminum discs in their HUGE wherehouse of random metal scraps 3-5mm then have them drill it out perfectly, wouldnt be more than $30 i would think
