man, i scroll by this thread 3-4 times and didn't know what the heck you are talking about until now. it just hit me what defcon you are talking about. boy, it has been a LONG time since I last look into 'these' stuff.

and yes i know it is the way it was 8 years ago.. but hey do what you can every single "con" cept codecon is pretty much gay in one sense or another.

 

I went to Defcon 7 and 8, with HOPE, eEye DS and LinuxChix, and I'll be there again this year for Decfon 11 with Technotronic Digital Security. I'll be giving a speech on Bitslice DES implementation on S-boxes. I'll be with the LinuxChix table(s)/booth.

I was planning on getting a WRX sometime this month and drive it to defcon, but a small problem of losing alot of hours @ my job has set me back from being able to pay for one in cold hard cash. Also, I will be in Yosemite @ that time.

 

That's too bad. It would've been cool to have an Impreza represent Team HOPE in the war driving contest.
