Sorry, man
Damn, can I be your girlfriend?

As for my taxes, I have no clue yet because my daddy's accountant has not finished them yet. Knowing my dad though he will keep my refund, and deposit it in our joint account and call it my living expenses for the month. Yeah college is nice but I hate not having my own money.

Scott get ready to support me cause I need a MAN!

E-File through H&R Block so you could go back and change stuff around to get the most $ back. The education credits kick a$$ and you don't need any proof! Not that you'd make anything up. I'm getting a little over $900 total from both Fed and State. AccessPort here I come!

I'm getting $1450 back. mostly cause of the Capital Losses i suffered a few years ago when the stock market tanked. of course, that all goes towards my auto insurance for next year.

Just e-filed, owing almost $4,000. Who says the rich get all the tax breaks!!!

Jebus...we paid enough in tax last year to buy an SRT4. And we still can't afford a decent house in this area.

Anyway...thus ends my rant.

[sidenote: I recommend www.hrblock.com wholeheartedly. If you have all your paperwork, it rules. I didn't need to stand up to complete my federal/state returns, e-file them, and pay with an electronic check. If you might use then, use this link:

...which will save you $10, and will get me $5. I'll buy you all pizza or something.]
you had to sell options, ESPP's or stock to pay that much no?

ouch...and i though I had it bad at close to $2000

A little of that, but mostly because Stanford and I are combined idiots and did not take anything out of my fellowship there. Oh well...live and learn. At least I had the cash handy.

Don't feel bad mexicanpizza, it's not official yet cause I haven't ran the numbers but I'm gonna be paying about 5-6k, and that's what I'm hoping it's at, might be more.
