Anyone drink/use Kava?
kava is sold in health food stores as a remedy for depression. But if you use it continuously for 4 weeks or more it causes depression. It is listed in Alternative Medicine and Herbal Remedy Handbooks. It seems to have an anti anxiety effect for a short time of use
