Dude!! me and my friend played Duke Nuken 3d hardcore on my N64... which I still have. I had it on PC but the controls are wayyy easier on the 64, also Duke Nukem Zero Hour is tight too. Anyone down for some multiplayer action? Preferably someone with a big screen tv! heh

I remember playing this at lanparties in college. I had a buddy who always insisted on playing with the keyboard, and we'd rip him to shreds. He'd always be last. He finally just quit rather than learning to play with the mouse.
After playing Battlefield: 1942 and Battlefield: Vietnam almost exclusively for the last few months, the run rate took a bit of getting used to. Damn, you jam in Duke 3d compared to the BF games.
Edit: Dude, no network play? You gots to be kidding. I did play though the first two levels though. I remembered most of the secrets, but a few still elude me.

You had lan parties? We just had 1 on 1 modem dial up battles across the dorm floor :P Of course, people's 3/486 could barely run the game back then
I was pretty good with the keyboard ... I kept using the same control as I did with all 3d games back then, from Ultima Underworld all the way up to Doom 2, that's like 4 years of pratice.
Then it was all downhill from there once I added a mouse to the control in Quake
