Anymore Rally-X events likely to happen?

I was just wondering if it looked like there were going to be anymore SFR-SCCA rally-x events likely to happen this year. The 24th/25th is too expensive with the $80 national registration fee so I'm not doing that one. However, I need new tires and want to know if I should go with more A/S tires or some summer tires.

So, Skylar, anymore events likely to be booked?

I saw a bunch of Rally-X guys at Thunderhill this weekend. A bunch of them also passed me on I-5 South since I was hauling a trailer.

Looked like tons of fun. Too bad it conflicted with my regional weekend.

For those who went... Does it own your paint? I assume it would do so to a lesser extent if you have mudflaps, but I still imagine that the dirt contains lots of rocks.

it doesnt hurt the paint to bad. But if you are worried about that you can put mud flaps on(this will lessen the damage) then put painters tape on the car and you should be good to go. If you do both your paint will be fine

the organizers for the SCCA ones always do a good job of keeping the track clean, even when the events are in a pit where they did destruction derby :rotfl: RIP Altamont
