haha! i wish. it's not too unreasonable for a small complex. bigger complex around here run about $200...
btw...austin is beautiful. I'm actually from there. I'd say it's the only part of texas that is livable. It's only humid for like 2.5 months out of the year and very nice the rest of the time. My cuz just bought a "mansion" in pflugerville, right north of austin, for $185000!!!!!! 6 bedrooms, 3200 SQ, ****load of land, view of rolling hill country....
and the only thing she has to put up with is the humidity and weekly "*****!" call-out by hicks rolling by in a p/u
