As a Chinese I gots to say that Lucy Liu is hurt, hurt, HURT!!! Now Chiaki Kuriyama, she's teh hotness Especially in the schoolgirl uniform (sorry, I've got a very, VERY problematic kogal fetish -- but's it's ok I'm only 20 right? ).
As for the "you may" thing, the Japanese word for dream is "yume". Therefore, typical English speakers would take the phrase as "you may (take the katana or whatever)" while Japanese speakers will understand the double meaning of the phrase: "yume", a dream. Wakarimasuka?

Question sound drop out

Hey did anyone experience a significant lose of audio, as in none, during the crazy 88 boardroom scene? I couldn't quite tell if it was intentional or not being a Tarantino film and all.
