Any1 running Prosport Gauges??

Hey Guys, I was searching for some Gauges (Defi, Autometer Nexus) then I came across some Prosport Gauges..Essentially they look the same as the Defi's and Nexus, but work like the Cheaper Autometers with no Control unit.

The Propsports are significantly cheaper!..If any1 has used them please share your thought!..I have searched and there is a mixed review of good and bad!

Good budget gauges. Though I'd suggest buying different mounting hardware as the ones they supply are low quality to say the least.

no comment on them Prosports, but why get those when there are good amount of guys having fire sales on Defis & other goodies? if your budget still leaves you a lil short, try to find some GReddys......less bling w/out the opening ceremony dog+pony show, but work & look great!

only gauge i would not buy used would maybe be an EGT cuz the probe sometimes burns out over time. most comps sell replacements, but it can be a pain in the butt, depending on where the manufacturer is located.

I was debating on the maddad guages but after talking to some people and ultimately Greg at GST, I went with proven quality and accuracy. Defis with the control unit it was. It's expensive but I know that if there are any problems I can rule out shoddy guage reading and such. Piece of mind is worth a ton when you start modifying a car.

My $0.02

Cheers

I love my prosports and so do everyone else that I know that have them. I have had them for quite a while now, probably a year and they have never failed me once. I have EGT, oil temp, boost, they work great and you can turn the opening ceromony beap off, you can wire them to turn a different color with your headlights, amber/green on and white off or one color constant, depending on what gauges you get. Importimageracing, Josh, he had the best prices on them

i love my 60mm premium prosports (boost, oil, egt) lol there super cheap too. Might wanna buy new hoses though because the one they come with is not that great. But these gauges does its job. I made a custom switch for mine too so i can turn it on and off anytime i want to. Easy to change colors too. If your getting the oil pressure sandwich adapter dont get it from prosports, i bought mine at speed element for 60 bucks the greddy one and it works perfect. I also have the ATI pod and they look good.

I'm running 60mm premium prosports in ATI clock pod boost and oil pressure. I love them, no problems whatsoever. For the oil pressure I highly recommend prosport's remote install kit: http://prosportgauges.com/remote-oil...ation-kit.aspx

Sweet!!..U mind posting some pics of ur setup? Thanks for the advice on the hoses, Im most like going to have GST or Speed Element do the install anyway and have them replace the hoses if they seem cheap!..

hey im running prosport boost and oil pressure in an ATI pod and LOVE them! had some problems with the oil gauge and they sent me a new one immediately! Ryan is an awesome guy and the customer service so far has been great for a "cheaper" gauge company....and "firesales" on DEFIs is still a grip of cash for just gauges even tho they are super sexy!
