Hey Brucelee,

Glad your looking at Tahoe. I live up here year round.... flat out amazing! I work in the resorts industry, so I can give you a few pointers. A few places in North Lake Tahoe to consider: Squaw Creek Inn, Old Greenwood, Northstar Resorts Lodging, Homewood, Hyatt (Incline Village)

South Lake:
Heavenly - expensive, but has it all


If your looking to do some recreation, Northstar has an amazing Mt. Bike trail system. I downhill ride, so I know the local spots etc. Let me know when you come up. I can also recommend several restaurants that are a must. Take care and good luck!
