heh, I tried mentioning this to a judge once and he acctualy laughed at me in front of the rest of the people in the traffic court, which made a few of them laugh too, I guess it wasnt the first time he had heard that

Ive been to traffic courts since that they even say before the judge comes out when they are giving you instructions that not getting a courtesy notice is not a valid defense
