any one owns a honda fit?

hi guys,

my parent wants to buy a small cheap car to replaced their old car, and came up with some choices, the Honda Fit, Toyota Yaris, Nissan Versa as the 3 final choices.

im looking forward to the honda fit, and i just wonder anyone here who owns one, and how much did they paid out the door? also how do you like it?

thanks

working at nissan i can tell u the versa is the bigger car (i can sit in the back seat and have tons of leg room [i'm 6ft tall] ) out of all of them, it has great options; however i does have the nissan sentra feel (cheap). and because of that i would take the honda, its just the better car to sit in. but the best thing for you guys is to just go and check them all out.

i've been looking at the fit, and you probably won't get a good price. since they are new honda seems to have employed their usual tactic of releasing them slowly and creating artificial demand to keep the price up.

I <3 the Fit. I'm contemplating picking one up to use as a commuter.

The Fit's are going for 1K over msrp right now. That applies to both base, and sport models. Depending on where you are from I can check with some people I know, and check to see what they can do for you, since I am one day trading in my STi for one

Prices are close to the Mazda 3 as well. You may look into that if you have a dependable dealer network available.

Fit's are awesome, and the auto with paddle shifting is even sweeter. I wasn't there when the car was purchased, so I don't know the OTD price. So far though, the car has been cool and we are loving it.
