what kind of blub are those? are they for the wrx or sti? do they make them look blue-er, im thinking about switching out the bulbs in my sti to make the light mroe blue..even though it'll decrease the light output, i;d liek to see how it goes.

 

They are yellow ion bulbs. For WRX 02/03 fog lights.

STi already has HID headlights so you don't need to "upgrade".

 

i think mach III in sf has them..

 

get HIDs for your headlights....

PIAA bulbs SUCK!

Don't waste your money... Spend 90% less and get Hella bulbs.

 

im pretty sure Auto Freaks in SF has them. I was there last week and I think I saw PIAA...they had a **** load of other lights there too!
FYI - Auto Freaks is in the Japan Town mall in SF

 

Couldn't agree more. why spend $70 on something that will burn out within a year? Warranty you say? Have you ever tried to collect on their warranty? Not likely. I've got hella bulbs as stock replacements as well and couldn't be happier. Best $20 I've ever spent.

HELLA used to have the contract for SWRT back in the early McRae and Burns days. IF you're a REAL auto enthusiast you'd know that, and you'd know that your getting the same S$#@ as PIAA for a fraction of the $$$
