yea i seen that before i think it just works on metal though since metal has memory and tends to pop back into its original shape from rapid heating and cooling. i think.

haha all thanks to ballz! i got everything back together but couldnt get the top row clips back on. oh well. gonna hit the spot with some turtle wax rubbing compound tomorrow and order some touch up paint from subaru genunine parts. my babys is getting healed!

The bumper is super easy to remove. Clips on the bottom. One 10mm screw on both sides of the rear bumper on the inside of the fender well, there is even a notch in the fender lining. Just stick your fingers in there and you will feel it. You also have to remove the tail lights. Behind the tails are more clips and one 10mm screw for each side.
All this takes about 8 minutes to remove the bumper.
