Try this loop:
-Get off of Hwy 17 at Lexington Res.(Bear Creek Rd) Take a right at the stop sign.
-Go over the hwy and take a right at the stop sign. You'll now be on Old Santa Cruz Hwy.
-Go to the 3rd stop sign(Summit Rd) and take a right.
-When you see the freeway onramp, take a right before it(DON'T take the onramp!), and go over Hwy 17, and up the hill. You'll still be on Summit Rd.
-Go until the road ends, and you'll come to a stop sign at Bear Creek Rd. Take a left.
-Go about a mile to Hwy 35(Skyline Blvd) and take a right. Keep your eyes peeled, 35's easy to miss.
-Take a right at the stop,Black Rd, and go down to the stop sign. Take a right and you'll be at Lexington, where you got off of the freeway.
Total time ...Maybe about 45 minutes of pure twisties.

There is route that was shown to me and my friends. Best route in the bay area. About 4 hrs, depending on the driving and 1000+ turns. Not many cops and people. Great road! Let me know if you want more info on it.
