Any DJers around?
What are you really trying to do? Is this for a hobby? Or you going DJ for gigs? Honestly if your one to quit easily then go for the cheaper equipment. I bought a cheap setup while back in high school and if I would have bought a decent setup for a little bit more I would have improved faster, plus saved money instead of repairing it all the time. Trying looking for the Vestax VCI-100, they rage from 350-450.
Also the price of these cheap digital controllers usually don't include a sound card. So the only way to pre-mix or listen with headphones would be through a receiver/amp.
