any detailers in the east bay for paint prep?

any detailers in the east bay for paint prep?
hello
I'm itching to zainofy my car but I have a mbp that wasn't kept up as well as it should by the previous owner, thus i have some scratches and swirls. I have some polishes and swirl removers but I know it won't get the job to where I want it because I don't have a pc or orbital/knowledge to use one. I was wondering if any detailers on the board do non-filler paint prep/swirl removing or if anyone knows of a reasonable detail shop that would preferably in the east bay. thanks.
