I still have my WRX, but thought I might reach out and see if this forum has any XV-ers who might want to come along on occasion when I explore mountain, forest and desert "roads less traveled" for camping and various other adventurous activities?

Yeah the sunroof was kind of a must for me, I didn't get leather or the nav package either, but I do really like it, a little over 3000 miles so far and getting 27mpg city and 33+ on the highway.

Yeah I still have the WRX, and the Ranger, I'd sell the WRX but it is still worth more to me than it would be to anybody else, which is not a very good business case I know but...

I drool over the khaki every time I see it on the road.

That thing should be in a museum! It will likely always be worth more to you than to anyone else because of it's history. Eff the business case

I haven't actually seen the Khaki in person.

We wanted the orange...until we actually saw it in person. It was not nearly as vivid as the SOA promo pictures made it appear. It was much creamier IRL, I wanted something with a bit more pop.

It's interesting how your camera has a convenient pixel blowout located right in front of the license plate of each car.

Talking

off topic post stealing.

My wife wanted me to get an XV to replace my 2004 WRX w/198k miles.
I am boring...

I got the premium CVT. The paddle shifters rock so hard. I do not miss the manual at all.

Pete - I wish to hell I had the time to follow you on more dirt roads. I had so much fun scoping out roads up north and working the Reno rally that went south.
