Any Crosstrek XV-ers on here?

When I joined up in 2001 it was all about the WRX, then the STi, I met a lot of fun people many of whom are still close friends, but only a handful shared my passion for back road exploration, rally, and adventure.

I recently added a 2014 crosstrek XV to my stable which seems like a better fit for many aspects of my lifestyle and interests these days.

I still have my WRX, but thought I might reach out and see if this forum has any XV-ers who might want to come along on occasion when I explore mountain, forest and desert "roads less traveled" for camping and various other adventurous activities?

How many miles are on the WRX now?

Which transmission option did you end up going with in the XV? And more importantly, did you get the heated seats?

Went looking for a smaller pic and forgot to switch it.

Peet, hope the new auto treats you good man. Primitive Racing has some bits and pieces for it. If I was sticking around you know I am always down to explore new roads!

Pete - please tell me that you got a nice sensible color like Khaki, the bright Lime, or the Orange.

Walker -when do you leave? Around for Mendo Rally?

I guess you and I have a different sense of vehicle color aesthetic...
