I would be **** canned pretty much right away if management were to get wind any employee is under any banned substance, including prescription drugs with no prescription. That goes for vicious hang overs too, 0 tolerance policy.

I work around highly volatile, high temperature, high pressure material so I would prefer if everyone I worked around was sober too. However I would like them to reform their drug policy as it is pretty draconian.
