Lastly never take unsolicited legal advice.
I won't say anything about my tires slipping at all. This is the forum so I'm not going to come on here and say he gave me a ticket for no reason.

The officer does not know if I signaled or not, since he could not see me when I was, but I have no way of proving that. I can however prove that he would not be able to see me signaling from where he was.

You may go to traffic school twice within 12 months. In fact I had 2 tickets within 1 month. The second time I had traffic school it was 12hr. traffic school. The judge is the one who has the power to let you go to traffic school as many times as he/she lets you. I would do the written contest first, like mentioned above.

I believe it is 41501A sec.1 " allows 12 hours of traffic school with in 12 months."
Double check it first, This was from my notes during the first traffic school.

Update:

I got in touch with the traffic school clerk of the Sacramento court, and he confirmed that if the violations were on the same ticket, traffic school would dismiss both points.

I have just finished online traffic school and am waiting for the certificate in the mail. I went to www.tickettoaster.com. They were the cheapest I could find, which costed me only $14.5 (coupon code = toastmyticket).
