Another Ticket!?!
well if many of you checked before about amonth ago another thread was up because i was given a ticket for violating my provisional lisence(1 month before my whole year was up) and also a modified intake which was a injen cold air intake.. so instead of getting a fix it ticket, the cop gave me an altered emmissions crap ticket which i got in the mail and the money due was 530 dollars... im going to fight it since everything is legal.
and now once again.. 2 weeks after i have just came back from the state ref i must go back again. why because the state ref didnt want to test my CAI to give me a carb sticker and didnt want to test my exhaust db. When i received my ticket, which was at great parkway. As i left the parking lot, i saw the cop on the bike writing someone else a ticket and he followed me all the way out to the main street then pulled me over. I then explained the the exhaust is only the axle back and i still have all my stock cats on there if he would like to look at it... (if he could get under). He then says it doesnt matter how loud it is or if its only an axle back, the fact of the matter is its modified and he then wrote up the ticket for the CAI and exhaust...
So what should i do about this ticket now? its only a fix it ticket... should i fight it or just fix it and pay the fee?

That cop sounds like an *******. When I got pulled over, the cop didn't mention anything about my axle-back exhaust. When my bro got pulled over (his first night driving my car), the cop actually complemented the car and the sound of the exhaust. It all just depends on whether the guy who pulls you over is a jerk or not. I'd fight it.

PS. Maybe get an i-club sticker on your ride cause when i got stopped by scpd on el camino near mervyns, he stopped me for being lowered and he said "oh your with i-club huh? well we know that you guys are against street racing and we thank you guys for that so I dont feel like writing you up for something minor as this"

heh dam, teins are low! lol idk thogh im thinking over 1k at least. I told my friend just to pay the fine or put back to stock and see the ref then switch back because as they say.. any! modifaction to the exhaust is illegal and you could waste your time in court trying to prove otherwise.
