that's freakin lame....all because of hoses...so if he hadn't seen your hoses he probably wouldn't have said a damn thing....sheesh. I mean no FMIC ticket? and no ticket on the cats? Sounds like an idiot cop to me but at least you didn't get the two larger tickets.

If I ever do the hoses in my car they will all be black.

There HAS to be a probable cause issue here.

Your car was off...he can't argue your loud exhaust gave him probable cause.

What a bunch of BS. Frikkin CHP needs to die.

doesn't need probable cause to pull him over...he didn't pull him over.

and his probably cause for stopping was to insure the safety of a broken down driver.

To look under his hood. Unreasonable search and seizure. I dunno...maybe I'm reaching. I guess having his hood open is giving up his reasonable expectation of privacy.

Either way the cop is an *******.

Thats why i decide not to go with all the bling under the hood. I know with a fmic you have to change some hoses but it does create a lot of atention, not to mention the body kits. I would say that most people should be fine as long as they dont add too many colored pieces under neither their hood or to many body mods on the outside.
