I don't know about the vette but I do know that unless I am trying to pass a fast car, even if they try to speed up I still pass them and he was driving a vette so I dunno what happened :P.
I dunno either. At any rate...

It looked to be a C6(?) [the mid-90's vette] in dark red/maroon...

C6 is the newest model. You're thinking C5 (the uglier one).

The area of the accident was coming up on a rather busy intersection.

I am assuming the Corvette and Acura were heading Towards the intersection.

Krinkov, no offense...just see a lot of Idiot Corvette drivers in this area.
On the same road I've seen a yellow Vette spin out on a corner with no one around. This road is a nice straight stretch where 55 is the speed limit, but traffic generally flows at 65....

Well considering it's hard to differentiate the mid-80s vette from the early 90s vette unless you know the subtle differences, I assumed he meant the more recent body style of 1997-2004. Especially since he mistakenly called it a C6, I figured he meant the more recent of the two C4 and C5.
