i just checked the log... or whatever is part of it.

all i got when i recorded CSV was

gps time
device time
long
lat
gps speed
horiz lilution of precision
altitude
bearing
G(x)
G(y)
G(z)
G(calibrated)


that's it.

i dont know... maybe there's a setting in the software to capture info about the engine data...

stay tuned...

as charlie would say... DUH...

buried in the settings, is the ability to add all sorts of data.

from engine load, fuel pressure, intake manifold pressure to transmission temperature.

btw, anyone know the PIDs for the subaru ECU? cause the app will allow you to add custom info, if you know the PID...

here's US vendor i got my fleabay from:

note their 30 day return policy and they have a tel # you can contact...

they are in Wisconsin.

i'd love to see which one works w/the 2011 models - i'll buy it in a heartbeat just to try out

More info after reading the Torque forums - confirmed subaru's are:

USDM 2009 forester w/o any issues
Italian 2011 2.0D Impreza (many issues, but works)
Aus Legacy 2009, works w/minor issues...

ok...

so i added a few more things to data log.

- engine rpm
- mass air flow rate
- timing advance
- ambient air temp
- turbo boost and vacuum gauge


only the ambient air temp didnt spit out any data...

there are a few more one can add to the log. i just randomly picked a few.
