Yeah, don't need to shoot them down when you can just follow it and pick up the package after it drops off. LMFAO - I am on the third floor, drop it on my balcony

As far as I understand, you need to be around for it to drop off. Like in the video, they threw out a target mat for the package to be dropped off at.

Because the drone will check driver's licenses to make sure the correct person threw out a target?

Dude, the guy delivering my package couldn't even read my license. The first time he came by I actually asked is this for "XXXX address?" because I was in the garage working on the car and he said NO. He came back and checked my license and he said, oh it IS this address but "That's not the same last name." I said "That's my MIDDLE name...."
