You might want to wait for the '04. They are already out! If you are going to drop all of that bread on a ride, you might as well get the most modern version.

It is a good deal though, but you do understand that the dealer is trying to unload last years goods on you, right?

Good luck...if I were you, I would go with the 04.

Is this a sedan? I got my '03 Wagon for $21,584 at Steven's Creek in March when the '04s weren't even out yet. Now that they are, maybe you can get an even lower price? Ask to see the invoice, and try to cut into as much of the dealer hold-back as you can. I think I was able to get all of mine cut out, invoice was $22,300 and I got it for about $700 off of that. Also, are you getting 0% financing (upto 24 months) or the 1.9% (36-48 months)? For a sedan, $21,933 seems to be a good price because the MSRP on those is about $1000 over the wagons. Oh, and if you can get them to throw in some freebies like the rubber floor mats, etc. that'd be cool (just make sure they write it into the contract/invoice or else they may screw you like Steven's Creek did me). Good luck!

Maybe you can tell the dealer that you're torn between the '04s and the '03s, since the price difference isn't too great, and with the sun roof, higher resale value, etc of the 04's. Then, tell him that a free wing (ask him how much the dealer cost is on it) would sway you in the direction of the 03's since it sweetens the deal. They should be more willing to work with you since they need to move those out for the '04s. I say milk the dealer for all he's worth, because contrary to what other people say about "the dealer needs to make a living too", let him do that on some other chump.

No problem, good luck on getting the best deal you can. BTW, if the dealer says he'll include such and such, make sure they write it into the contract/invoice of the car, or else they can back out of it after the sale and you legal proof that such an agreement was ever made. (This happened to me at Stevens Creek...go figure )

Well, I think I MIGHT be able to force myself to drive one of the 350Z enthusiast models, G35 coupe with manual, or an RX-8. not to mention all of the oldies but goodies RX-7's, Supra TT, E36 M3's, etc. Whether I would want to own one is another story....but drive, maybe.
