ALMS at Laguna
Anybody watch this. The GT2 ending race was intense. Can't believe the Vette got flagged for that pass. Sucks for them, they had the better car.
yep, at least he still got second place right? long as you make it across the finish its cool. I saw another heinous spin out on the backside and the guy was able not to hit anything. Was a great race imo I had a ton of fun. I have a few good pictures if anyone wants to see.
Let me hear an ahhhhhhhhhh ****tttttttttttt, this happened in first 5 mins.

Incredibly pissed...had this race set for recording while I was at ALMS today. Got home and it never recorded. Don't know if someone cancelled it or what
But I did have a great time today and took a TON of pics

Watched the end of the race from the top of turn one. That was the most intense last 15 minutes of racing that I have seen live. I could see lights going sideways headed for the finish line so I knew that could not end well for one of them. Now I have to watch the recording to see what all I missed by being there live.
Audi and Pugeot did not bring their cars to Laguna this year. They just raced in Europe and Sebring and Petit Lemans at Road Atlanta this year. After the rain shortened race at Petit Lemans I was hoping they would bring their cars out to Laguna and go at it. They had plenty of tires and fuel left over from the shortened race. But in truth those cars were designed for more high speed tracks that are found in Europe, especially LeMans. But it still would have been cool if they came to Laguna since they were already in the states
