Im with Nomex Queer boy on this one, 100+ on the freeway is plain ****ing stupid.
I could care less if you think you are safe, i could care less if there isnt any cars next to you.
The point is, its not a race track. There could be a ladder in the road and YOU might cause people to DIE>
Take your 100 MPH + and take it to the track where the variables can be controlled and an Ambulance is waiting for WHEN you crash.
I pray i am never near you on the freeway when you try some stupid stunt like 100+ around some BIG FAT SWEEPERS.

bah...100 is sissy. I did 140 coming over the 237 to 880 north overpass...haaaaaa.
We can all be high and mighty. God knows I have. But bottom line. No on got hurt. No cars got wrecked. The artist that be huck is alive. That is all.

Your misunderstanding the logic.
Thats not driving aggressively, Thats driving with blatant disregard for everyone around you.
like i said, there are way to many variables while driving on public roads, there could be any of the following.
glass
tire
ladder
hubcaps
oil
wood
Tell me you dont see those things on a daily basis?
Now doing 100+, with traffic around, would he really have the ability to get the **** out of the way of a piece of wood being dropped off a utility truck???

I had a pleasant drive with some schmoe about a year ago through the GG Park crossover entering on the south side, northbound. In the first turn (to the right, just after the left turn-off towards 25th Ave) I screwed up and let the rear out from turning in too hard. I was able to straighten a bit, but I had lost grip on all four. I got super close to the left (center) wall, but I was able to calmly avoid it. My first, real major drift . I over compensated a bit and started to repeat the situation towards to other side of the road. Thank God the road was clear except for this guy I was pleasantly driving with. Things were oddly under control - like I wasn't panicking or jerking the gas or wheel - I just didn't really know what I was doing. The luckiest mile of my life.
Well I made it out without a scratch!. We get to the red light at Fulton and Park Presidio. The guy rolls down his window, super excited, "Wow! That was f'n incredible!" etc... etc. In a daze I replied, "Uh huh? Uh yeah". I was uncomfortable because of that brick of poop in my pants.
Good thing we were both well under the speed limit. Its mind boggling that my tires let loose. Good thing I had checked my tires. None of them were flat

My fav place to watch the sparks fly is the turn that connects Lake Merced w/ Sunset. So many pole wrappings on that turn. My parents live about a block from there. I dunno how many an evening I've heard a big crash and strolled on over to find some fool that should have been home playing GT4 instead.
