Its not a showcar that happens to see track time when it gets a chance. Its purpose built. I dont want to pay money for a nice paintjob when its going to get destroyed anyways.

as for the headlights. They are getting painted flatblack also, BUT THE EXTERIOR!!! No use for headlights so im going to paint the lense black

and what cars do rob and big have that are black. ive never even seen their cars... FYI i painted my car flat like 3 years ago =)
stupid crappy i-club freezing... Posted this an hour ago.

purpose built no road time? Dump the license plate. Do you have a roll cage? If not get one of those. Paint it black.

And just because its a track car and purpose built doesn't mean it shouldn't look good. Hell if you want a cheap *** alternative paint that is nice and dark and INSANELY durable use BBQ paint. I have 5 quarts of it in my garage. I was gonna paint my caddy with it. It's nice and dark and not totally flat. Takes for friggin ever to dry though. Or pick up a gallon of SEM trim black.. I have a gallon of that in my garage too.

I guess I'm too ****. If/when my wagon becomes a track car it'll probably look damn good and not because its a "show" car but because I'm too **** for it to look like ****. I have some ideas up my sleeve for a track car if I ever do one. Cheap. Durable. Lookin damn good.

By the way... I don't think it looks like ****. I just think black headlights will help and think it'd look better with a darker/real paint. Not rattle can. And even a black intercooler and black wheels.

I actually love flat black track cars. LOVE them. So pissed off looking. Just think it needs to be a total package deal.

Wish I could have a track only car.

I do have a rollbar. Not a full cage. too expensive right now and i picked up my roll bar for insanely cheap from a friend (Tc Design Roll Bar) And yes its black.

It isnt flat black, its satin black. Its just filthy and nasty. Maybe ill try and repaint it sometime =) Hmmm barbq paint...... sounds like fun to paint with.

The license plates were on the car so i didnt get pulled over driving to the spot to take pictures.

THIS car does NOT see the street at all. I drive my wifes wrx wagon everywhere i need to go =)
