I live in Campbell too.....and it IS worth the drive.....besides its not a bad drive at all, it is JUST inside milpitas on the border between Fremont/Milpitas, its actually behind the Milpitas Police station, by Target Masters (if you know where that is).

when I went, I called as well....but the first time I was there I just showed up, but had to wait around for awhile before they got to me. Thats cool though, they're all really cool.

You guys are right, AI is worth the drive. I had my alignment done this afternoon. It's not too far as long as there's no traffic. I was just concerned about taking too much time out of the day to get there and back during the week. Everything went smooth, and they were very helpful and professional.
