Good alignment shop in San Jose?Bay area

The other night I lost control of my vehicle and smacked a curb pretty hard. As a result, I have a large chunk taken out of my rim and my alignment is totally off. In order for my car to drive in a straight line my wheel needs to be turned about 5 degrees to the right. The car pulls pretty hard to the right so im hoping that its just an alignment issue and not something more serious.

What are some good trusted shops in the San Jose are that you guys trust to work on your vehicles when it comes to alignment/handling issues? Much appreciated,

Subydude

I have heard bad things about AI, I know someone who lost a strut bolt because they didn't tighten the bolt back down after the alignment..... luckly he did not crash his car.

I go to Rennwerks in Campbell. They do an amazing job, and Mike is a great guy. If you are a first time customer, they will hook you up with a discount! Tell them that Cody sent you! http://www.rennwerks.com/
They also have done a couple of my buddies cars, always very consitent and timely work.

Im new to i-club and was looking for more current info on a good reputation shop that does alignments. I have a 2009 wrx that is really lowered and would like to lift it and redo aligment.

Im sure it depends to what degree you need it done. I got quoted 80 or 90 when I told them I had coilovers with camber plates. IIRC they said if they needed to adjust y camber bolts and plated they would charge me another 20$.

I had a bad experience at Auto Innovations. My car was driving straight but I was getting some bad camber wear on the driver side rear tire. So after picking up some new tires I went to their shop because I was hearing lots of positive reviews and recommendations. When they finished my car it was pulling bad to the left and they blamed my tires, but they said they would try to flip them to opposite sides because they were non-directional tires. I told them that they were less than a week old Dunlop Star Specs and that they WERE directional tires. The guy I spoke to then said something like "Oh, well there's nothing we can do then. You're car is gonna pull to the left slightly." Wtf? I'll never go back to them again.

This place is awesome though. They did the alignment on my MR2 after I replaced the ball joints and tie rods. Aligntechs - Welcome to ALIGNTECHS!
