Well i was a big airsoft fan till last night. me and 4 of my buddies were playing last night and a park/ senior center near my house (it was a good 30 yards from the closest old persons room). we have played there several times before but this time was a bit different. we were playing gas guns vs spring guns, so me and 2 guys vs. the other 2 guys. its bout 11 at night now and a helicopter flies over us, it proceeds to go straight then drops back and starts circling around us. so i then peek into the street to see a cop car slowly making its way towards us, so i tossed my gun and mask into the bushes and told the rest of the guys that they were here for us. so me and 2 guys slowly walk away towards one of our houses, while the other 2 guys run away towards one of their houses, i guess the helicopter spotted them and after bout 3 mins there was bout 10 cop cars looking for them. i tried to talk to a cop but he ignored me and sped off, so we proceeded to my friends house. then the other 2 guys that were running away hit in some near by condos and called 911 to get the helicopter outta there, so as of now i assume they just walked out or something and talked to the cops, then the helicopter hoovers over me and the other 2 guys with me and puts the spot light on us, and then a cop car comes and stops. he said "are u the guys playing with paintball guns?". our response no airsoft guns. he pats us down and asks where the guns were, he looks at the other guys' guns and fires them and says ok go home. and i said will i be alright to go back and get mine? he said to put it in a paper bag, so when i went to get it i did. nothing happened to us except we were scared shltless and if caught again we apparently go to jail. just thought id share my story.
