So my gf and I are visiting her family in Switzerland and the airport went through her bag and stole her razor and one of her most expensive bra's WTF?! We just got in yesterday and have been sleeping the whole time lol. I think we are going to call the airport and see what they can do. Later on i will post some pic's.

 

At least you weren't leaving Costa Rica. I had close to $500 worth of stuff stolen out of my backpacking backpack by some Tico rat bastard at the airport. I would definitely call the airline.

I dont think the airport will care too much, my girlfriend's mom had her SLR camera stolen out of the suitcase and the airline didnt do anything because it couldnt be proven. They need to have like optional baggage inventory at airports with the customer there too. I'd like to get a cheap laptop, get the lo-jack for it, put it in my suitcase, and track down the bastard that steals it

 

she shouldve double, tripled, quadrupled up on the bras like the metrosexual 5 shirt wearing guy.

i take everything that isnt clothes carry on, they have to rip it from my cold dead hands if they want it.

im sure 1/2 the people that apply for baggage jobs go into it KNOWING they plan to steal crap at least once.

 

i always lock my luggage, even though the airport told us not to lock the luggage. **** they got the X-ray scanner that could see through everything.

i know that nobody (airport/airline)will take responsibility especially if i travel to third world country!!

 

I always carry my expensive items as carry on. no need to tempt people with expensive stuff.
