Living in SF makes anyones car prone to idiot parkers who are oblivious to how bad of a parker they are (I guess they figure if they have a bunch of scratches then it's okay to scratch up your car).

I see adds for those mobile touch-up paint places on Craigslist and wonder if they are any good. I think I will need most of my front bumper repainted/touched-up, so I was looking for advice on where to get it done.

I'm looking for the best balance between low cost and good quality. Any advice?
