This accident just happend!

I'm not too sure on what happend. But there I was playing my Final Fantasy XI, when I heard this loud screaching noise that lasted about 5 secs then the sound of a car crash. I run outside with my flashlight across the street and I hear a girl yelling from 680 "Help me". But theres this fence between me and the freeway so I can't get to her. I called 911 and seriously it took about 2 minutes to get an operator on the phone, my cell phone was calling the CHP not the local cops though. They told me they have people on route to the scene and thanks for calling.
I'm pretty sure the accident I heard was caused by street racing. I could hear loud exhausts and even when the girl was screaming I heard cars just drive off. I felt really bad that I couldn't get to her. I'm not sure what happend but I just hope everythings okay with those people at 680/Calavares.
It sucks hearing someone yell "Help Me" and not being able to help.

damn if that was the one a freaking barbed wire fence would not stop me from getting to someone buring up..that's messed up.

it's a fence..I would have hopped that **** faster than a crack head chasing free crack.

uhm.. perhaps it was one of those SOLID STONE fences they have along the freeways... you know, the ones they put up to reduce freeway noise into the residential areas along the freeways. You see a lot of them in the south bay, like sunnyvale, or ... milpitas.

Im guessing this was one of those big sound walls... Like huge concrete/bricks with no method of climbing unless you're a pretty damn skilled climber. I can't imagine that he was just looking through a chain link fance saying "Gee, I dont wanna fall tryin to climb this here fence."

I feel kinda bad mentioning this considering the topic of the thread, but oh well. FFXI rocks. I'm on the Titan server, anyone else?

true that...I didn't think of that...they do have those damn things all over.

Stupid people wonder why their house build 200 feet from the freeway cost about $75k less than the one down the street then they are up all night...blblllbllbbll semi trucks and cars whishing by. So they all get together and petition...wall gets built...yeah they can sleep at like with 60% less noise or something but guess what....those people 4 blocks away that paid $75k more for their houses...well now they are getting all that noise they paid not to have because it hits the wall and bounces to them.....yeah for sound walls.

so yeah...those are not fun to climb...I have tried....shoot I kicked one.....through a jack handle at one...I was pissed.
