I just don't know if I should order now or wait til I hear customers reactions to the first units sent out. I'm leaning towards just ordering...

AccessPORT is Cobb Tuning's product which stores several off-the-shelf engine management ECU maps available from Cobb. This gives the user the ability to switch maps without sending the ECU to Cobb for reflashing. See last couple of FAQ sections.

You can also search Engine Management forum although info is sketchy since the AccessPORT isn't released yet.

I'm looking forward to being able to de-flash MY car, and then flash my wife's wagon to Stage 1 when we go on long trips. Should be interesting.

Does anyone know approximate HP gains from this product?

It just seems to good to be true for $555.

I don't think it's any better than what Cobb has on the market today(performance wise). It just keeps your car from being dead in the water with the down time of having to ship the ECU everytime you want to go back to stock or throw something else on.

I may be wrong though

Being able to deflash and reflash maps without it counting as an actual reflash, has to be one of the best features of this thing.
