What time is everyone showing up?

 

If they do triple the same way as SFR, it might be better. Triple just goes when they're ready. And if no one else is triple driving, there would be no one behind me.

Hmmm... Yeah... The car might have a better chance to cool itself if it's not sitting on the grid.

I'll be shooting for an afternoon group.

 

I think I'm gonna try and be there on Sunday. If you do not own a helmet do you ask when registering to rent/borrow one?

 

I plan to be in the morning groups Saturday so I can relax Sunday.

You'll have to go to the trailer to borrow a helmet, which you'll do before your run groop. However, I'm not entirely sure if they have many rental helmets.

That was fun. Took a while to get the hang of it, and i have to work on ny shifting. Thanks for the invite. I'll try to go to more of the oakland ones as well.

 

SFR SCCA has an Oakland eveny early June. I'll post something in the near future.

Thanks. You didn't look to bad either. I noticed a whine coming from your car when you were taking the corners, sounds like you may be low on power steering fluid, you may want to check it.

 

yeah im pretty sure its getting low! way to notice! it was my first time and im most definitely addicted! cant wait for the next one!

 

Hawkeyes are notorious for this even when fluid is full.

 

lol mine has always had the whine ever since i bought it 2 years ago and i have tried changing all the powersteering fluid. it hasnt broken it yet and ive put 47k miles on it so oh wheel I still am pretty sure I'm low on power steering fluid as well!
