Ah you and me both. On my built engine I went from 15w-50 to 5w-40. It doesnt seem to get as cold in the winter time along the coast as it does inland for some reason even though its the other way around during the hot months. Lowest we have seen in the past few days was 38 very early morning before sun up.

AS your wipers run. NOT pour on windshield, run inside car (yes, eating **** on ice on the way) and turning on wipers.....MOAR ice! LOL learnin the hard way...yep thats me!

Working on a house in San Carlos this morning and wanted to take some alkaseltzer. Plop plop freeze freeze. Before I could drink it the whole thing froze! Not sure if the sodium bicarbonate made it freeze faster or what but it was a slushy!
