94 impreza wagon lurches when making tight u-turns
Just bought a 94 impreza wagon L. It drives fine when going straight. Car skips and feels like it is locking up when I am doing tight turns, U-turns & parallel parking. Happens on reverse too. Took it to a shop and they replaced the rear diff. but to no avail. Please help me. If you think you can help me I am willing to where you are at so you can take a look at it. I took it to 3 diff. shops and they cant figure out whats wring. thanks in advance

Try an alignment. I unbolted the lower control arm on my old school Celica once and didn't quite get it back together right. It would make crazy noises from that corner when I'd compress the suspension while turning.

Possibly, if the alignment is off enough, it can cause the wheels to be taking significantly longer/shorter paths in a turn, and your open diffs force one or the other to hop to correct it.
