-50 for Concord Audi

Those dirtbags stole our Livermore Audi METAL license plate frame, and switched it out for their el cheapo piece of **** plastic concord audi frame , which only uses 2 screws, also stealing our other 2 screws. If people want to gain business, switching out a nice piece for a total piece of **** is not going to make anyone happy. Cheap ****s.

Anyways, not a place I'll go again, and I suggest none of you do either.

Just went in for an simple service.

Just the license plate frames, not the plate itself. If they had replaced it with a comparable piece, I wouldn't be that pist even though I don't want Concord Audi on my frame. It's the fact they replaced very quality metal ones for ****bird plastic that literally is so cheap looking with fake chrome lettering. It goes to show i f they can't even spring for decent frames they probably spend the same amm on paying their service department and their equip.
If you want to gain my business clean my rims or something, heh

Livermore Subaru changed the Diablo Subaru license plate frame on my wife's Legacy when she brought it in for an oil change. I found it very odd. And would be pissed if they took my nice SC Subaru metal frame.

what was the outcome of complaining? are they willing to send it back? if it happened to me, i would not accept anything short of having it sent back. i know it's just a license plate frame, but the license plate frame belongs to you. what if it was a special frame that you actually paid for?
