This is all I have to say...
What a damn fine bunch of people. The cars were a dream to see ( those RS's are so beautiful!)especialy going down the freeway and up the hill , but all of you inside them were what made this a great day!
Wow, what a great day. I got some great photos. Can't wait to see everyone elses.
It was so much fun, even before we made it to Mt. Hamilton. Watching all the Imprezas roll into D&B's parking lot was unreal.
Thank you, promoters, for the great event. And thank you, everyone else, for being so friendly. I'm proud to sport my new i-club decals. Can't wait for the next one!

Driving back home to SJ from Yosemite in my wife's Miata, we took backroads all the way, including Mt. Hamilton Rd from Patterson. I saw a whole bunch of Imprezas going the other way, towards Patterson.
Going down Mt. Hamilton at around 6pm, I came upon a silver WRX wagon, who promptly put the hammer down. Heheh, the passenger in the back was bouncing around in the corners. I could hear the BOV whistle bouncing off the walls. Impressive, a wagon going that fast in the corners. If you're here.. what tires do you have? What suspension mods? Fun having a playmate in the twisties.
I almost bought a wagon myself a year ago but put the money in a house d/p instead. I'm beginning to lust after an STi now.
BTW what was that CHP doing at the JD Grant park? I saw him come out and go East. Was he there at the party?

Man, I've never took my car or if any for that matter, for a drive in the mountains. So that was a pretty interesting experience. I was worried about slowing down everyone behind me cuz I lost BAN SUV's and I ended up being the lead in my pack with Dorito/Michael behind me. Dude said I was riding the small gutter-like parts on the road. I had no idea why I did that, but if I didn't fall off the road or hit anything, that's okay. I'm afraid of heights, so it's a pretty big accomplishment to face my fear during that drive. :P
