You do have to pay for the quality work. Upon initial thought it seems high for some lips and skirts. I have never had to have anything like that done for my car so I don't know what amount of work installation would involve. I have seen the amount of time the paint process takes to do it right and depending on how much for labor the shop charges it may make sense.

prep work is the biggest thing to a good paint job


its also the most labour intesive part

so if you can do it go for it

get a block and filler and sand away
