I was suppose to get some free trainer sessions when I bought my membership. I did the 3 years for like $700 deal. Never got them. errrrr.

I need to get in with one. I haven't lifted in a long way and the way I was trained is all freaking wrong. I used to lift all the time...like 3 plus hours a day 5/6 days a week. But I did it for mass. I put on 40 pounds of muscle...now it's more like 40 pounds of fat that needs to go. My knee is pissed.
